Well, the Menai Strait Regattas are finished for 2024. Our intrepid competitors faced quite challenging conditions this year but all 5 COD crews report they really enjoyed the racing.  The CODs were expertly supported by a team of volunteer cox and crew on our Club launch Siôr and our thanks and appreciation go to Simon Sinclair and his team for all their time and help. 

We were certainly blessed with some of the best sailing conditions of the fortnight for our own regatta last Friday: clear skies, warm sun and a fresh breeze.  Thanks to all those who volunteered to work the Line at Beaumaris for the event especially Ben who laid on excellent refreshments for the line team and the visitors.  If you came over to Beaumaris to watch the event, I am sure you will agree it was an exciting day.
