- Conway Yacht Club Sailing Races are scheduled around high tide on the event day
- The start and finish line will be the Club Tower on Deganwy Prom or from the club launch, Siôr
- Races typically run up to 90 mins
- The race course will be announced on VHF or displayed on the Club Tower Board
- Muster time is ~2hrs before high water, when Sior crew will be on station to provide support
- Except for advertised open events, yachts must be owned by a member of Conway Yacht Club, North Wales Cruising Club or M.B.H.A.
- Members of recognised yacht clubs may helm as guests for a maximum of four races
